About Me
Ryan Gable brings more than 22 years of real-world experience in entrepreneurship, communication, negotiation, and leadership to the classroom. He is the founder and CEO of StartingPoint Realty, a Chicago-area brokerage created specifically to educate and advocate for first-time homebuyers. Under his leadership, StartingPoint Realty has helped more than 800 clients complete over 1,200 real estate transactions and became the only real estate company in Northern Illinois to receive the Better Business Bureau’s Torch Award for Ethics.
A respected voice on housing and real estate, Ryan has been featured twice in The Wall Street Journal and is a repeat contributor to Crain’s Chicago Business real estate coverage. His insights have also appeared on NBC 5 Chicago, WTTW, WGN Radio, WBBM Newsradio, and in the Chicago Tribune, where he authored an opinion essay about teaching public speaking and the importance of genuine human connection.
Ryan is also the co-founder of Bikes & Music, a nonprofit that has provided more than 1,100 bicycles and 250 musical instruments to children throughout Chicagoland. He brings the same practical experience, curiosity, humor, and belief in authentic communication to his students at Â鶹´«Ã½.
